Shipping & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are only able to accept exchanges on a product if it is in its original, unopened condition within 14 days of the day the order is received by the customer. The customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs in all cases except for if the return was a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Product must be returned in its original condition to validate returns.
Once received by Bon Cosmetics, the customer may choose to exchange their product with a new item or choose to have the original amount of the order returned to them in the form of store credit. Store credits may be used on any products with no restrictions and will be connected to the account that the order was originally placed.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your new shipment information or store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
Any invalid returns received will be subject to in-store pick up or shipping cost by customer with no refund.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) but not to US territories. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Shipping confirmations will be sent via email once a product has been shipped out with any pertinent information attached.
Once an order is placed, it may take between 1-10 business days for orders to be updated. Shipping speeds will generally take 2-5 business days and will be free for any purchases over $50. Any orders below $50 will have a $5 flat rate shipping charge.
