You may return any product if it is in its original, unopened condition within 14 days of received date of order for a full refund. We'll also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Product must be returned in its original condition to validate returns.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 7 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Any invalid returns received will be subject to in-store pick up by customer with no refund.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) but not to US territories. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Shipping confirmations will be sent via email once a product has been shipped out with any pertinent information attached.
Once an order is placed, it may take between 1-10 business days for orders to be updated. Shipping speeds will generally take 2-5 business days and will be free for any purchases over $50. Any orders below $50 will have a $5 flat rate shipping charge.
